1. Introduction
Welcome to CHEVEUX BY AOKI.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Pre-Order Policy
• All hair extensions are sold on a pre-order basis. This means that items are not kept in stock and will only be ordered after full payment is received.
• Processing time is 4-5 days, after the process time your order will be processed to be shipped out.
• Once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
3. Shipping & Delivery
• WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY
• Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, USPS or DHL.
• Standard shipping takes 3-7 (3-11 days for international deliveries) business days after the order has been processed.
• Shipping times may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs processing.
• Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
4. Returns Policy
• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the hair extensions are in original, unused, and good condition (not worn, washed, or altered in any way).
• Customers must contact us at: aokiextensions@gmail.com before returning an item.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• If the item does not meet the return requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
5. No Refund Policy
• We do not offer refunds on any orders.
• If a return is approved, the customer may receive store credit or an exchange.
6. Payments
• We accept payments through PayPal, Apple Pay, and direct bank card payments.
• All payments must be made in full before an order is processed.
• We are not responsible for any transaction fees charged by the customer’s bank or payment provider.
7. Order Issues & Disputes
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
• We will review the issue and offer a resolution accordingly.
• Chargebacks or disputes initiated without first contacting us may result in the customer being banned from future purchases.
8. Liability Disclaimer
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.
• We are not liable for any allergic reactions or issues arising from the use of our products.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review them before making a purchase.
